Mexican Cheese Soup

This is by far one of my favorites to make

Combine in crock pot:
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese *
1 bag frozen corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 jalapeno pepper

Cook 4-5 hours on low.

I serve in a bowl with tortilla chips and a bit of sour cream on top. Some times if I'm feeling feisty I add some more cheese.

*You can used 1 lb cubed cheese but I find it doesn't melt. You can also add meat to this but I make without being a veggie only eater :)
